eco-panda.com will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the exclusive package carrier. Your package will be shipped within 2 business days of the initial purchase and should arrive at your designated ship to address within 3 to 4 business days upon shipment.

Return Policy:
**Prior to returning any purchased item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.**
A) eco-panda will accept returns or exchange for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase date. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be -- (1) not damaged or altered in any way, (2) not stained or soiled, and (3) not washed or actively worn.
B) The customer shall pay for postage to eco-panda for all returned merchandise.
C) eco-panda.com will ship initial replacement merchandise for free via USPS.
D eco-panda will not accept returns/exchanges without a Return Authorization Number. Contact Us.
E) Customer may request an exchange or store credit for a comparable amount for eco-panda accepted/approved returned items.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
A) Damaged Items
B) Altered Items
C) Stained or Soiled Items
D) Actively Worn Items
E) Washed Items
F) Lapse of 30 Days or More From Purchase Date
G) Gift Certificates
Eco-Panda Gift Certificates:
A) Our gift certificates are virtual. No physical certificate is shipped out. Instead, a gift certificate code is issued via email.
B) Gift certificate codes are issued via email upon successful charge of customer's credit card.
C) Gift certificates are not refundable and are not eligible for return.
D) Our gift certificates never expire.
